Returns and Complaint Policy :

1. Return/complaint form

Most of the products have very small shelf life (Like Milk, Breads, Frozen etc.). Therefore, the return or exchange is not possible.

In-case, there is problem with product quality, kindly sent your complain on WhatsApp (9235713532) with customer's name, e-mail address, phone number, product and description of defect, date of purchase (order no.).

2. Product return
When filing a complaint, please send back a complete product, together with a copy of the invoice.

 

Return of the goods
In accordance with applicable law, you have 1 days to return the faulty goods. To cancel the contract and return the purchased product complete the statement of withdrawal, pack complete product together with invoice, then send it back to us.
